Fresh brief - Fashion Constructed image with Jonathan simms & Sam chick - Year 1, Photography contemporary Practice.

- Commissions photographers ect, Art Director, Plans everything, From makeup to drivers, sets, ect.
- Artandcommerce.
- Art department.

- Casting people for final shoot.
- Gesture / Posture / Uniform.
- All photography is a construction.
-Task 1-
- By next monday, Have an iconic image 30/01/12.
- Print out
- Email a low res JPEG to Jonathan. 1mb. - Plus a a4 print.
- Also a small piece of writing about the image & why you have chosen it.
-Task 2-
- Deadline - 30/01/12.
- Street casting, photograph a friend of person you don't know.
- Film or Digital.
- Print onto a4 + Blog post & send image/images to Jonathan.
- Small piece on blog why you chose to photograph him/her/them.
-Task 3-
FASHION - Constructed image. ( Notes also )
- Professional Practice.
- Being on time is very important.
- Always have kit available before a shoot starts.
- Work out your strengths in the group.
- Deconstructing fashion photography.
- Sarah Moon / Rarely see work published, unique, fine art, fashion photographer.
- The brief /.
- When building, take into account size of props ect, time of time, rustikness, modifications, Risk assessments.
- 20 Slide presentation / for friday - 3.30pm. Powerpoint / - 5 minutes.
- Create mood boards - Structure. Be sensible with ideas ( editorial filter )
- Miniature scale model ( 3D )
- Plan for disasters, have backups. Hire models for a few days just incase.
- Hassleblad / Digital shoot.
Been a very busy few days with briefings & getting into the run of new things to come, all very exciting but am feeling slightly nervous too.
